🐾 Sandy Pawz MLB, LLC – Service Terms & Policies

Thank you for considering Sandy Pawz MLB, LLC for your pet’s care! 🐾 I'm committed to providing safe, reliable, and loving care for your pets. Please review these terms so you know what to expect before submitting our Service Agreement Form.

Service Commitment 

When your pet is in my care, I personally provide:

  • Feeding, walking, playtime, and general care tailored to your pet’s needs

  • Medication administration, if required

  • Supervised attention and companionship to ensure your pet feels safe, happy, and comfortable

I treat every pet as if they were my own and prioritize their well-being at all times.

Pet Health & Behavior Requirements

To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in my care:

  • Pets must be friendly with dogs, cats, and people

  • Dogs must be spayed/neutered, crate trained, and house trained (unless otherwise approved)

  • All pets must be free of contagious illnesses or parasites

  • Pets must be current on all required vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella — proof required)

  • Pets must be on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

  • Pets with aggressive behavior must be disclosed and approved in advance

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for pets that pose a safety risk or cause significant disruption.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Pets must be dropped off and picked up at scheduled times agreed upon prior to their stay.

  • Any changes must be communicated in advance and approved by me.

  • After-hours drop-offs or pick-ups may incur a $10 fee, depending on availability.

Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment is due at the start or completion of service, depending on the arrangement agreed upon before your pet’s stay.

  • Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Holiday bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Service rates are subject to change, and clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next booking.

Pet Belongings

  • I make every effort to care for your pet’s belongings (beds, toys, leashes, bowls).

  • I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed items.

  • Please send only essential, labeled items and avoid sending anything valuable or irreplaceable.

Veterinary & Emergency Care

  • In the event of a medical emergency, I will contact you immediately.

  • If you and your emergency contact cannot be reached, you authorize a designated individual to make decisions on your behalf and/or pick up your pet.

  • You understand that all veterinary costs are your responsibility, including exams, diagnostics, treatment, medications, hospitalization, or emergency care.

  • If I must pay for veterinary care on your behalf, you agree to reimburse me in full at the end of your pet’s stay.

Liability & Safety

  • Pets can be unpredictable. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks, including injury, illness, escape, or behavioral changes.

  • You accept full responsibility for any harm or damage caused by your pet(s) to other animals, people, property, or themselves while in my care.

  • You release me and my representatives from liability for injury, illness, accident, escape, loss, or death of your pet(s), except in cases of proven gross negligence.
