Thank you for considering Sandy Pawz MLB, LLC for your pet’s care! 🐾 I'm committed to providing safe, reliable, and loving care for your pets. Please review these terms so you know what to expect before submitting our Service Agreement Form.
BOARDING & DAYCARE - REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES
At Sandy Pawz MLB, LLC, your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priority. To provide a safe and positive environment for all pets in my care, I require the following:
• Pets must be friendly with people and other animals
• Dogs must be house trained and crate trained unless otherwise approved
• Pets must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations
• Pets must be on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
• Pets must be free of contagious illnesses or parasites
• Aggressive or reactive behaviors must be disclosed prior to booking
Meet & greets may be required prior to approval for services.
Drop-off and pick-up times must be scheduled in advance. Changes should be communicated as early as possible.
Payment, cancellation policies, emergency veterinary authorization, liability waivers, and full service terms are included in the client service agreement provided prior to booking.
CHECK-INS & WALKS — REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES
At Sandy Pawz MLB, LLC, your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. To ensure safe and reliable services, the following requirements apply to all check-ins and walks:
• Walks are offered on a limited basis and by special request only
• Pets must be friendly with people and able to be safely handled
• Dogs receiving walks must be leash trained and manageable by one handler
• Pets must be current on Rabies & Distemper vaccinations
• Pets must be on flea/tick prevention
• Pets must be free of contagious illnesses or parasites
• Aggressive or reactive behaviors must be disclosed prior to booking
A meet & greet may be required prior to approval for services.
Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the home during scheduled service times.
Payment policies, cancellation terms, emergency veterinary authorization, liability waivers, and full service terms are included in the client service agreement provided prior to booking.
